We are in the process of starting to build.
We bring alot to the ownership in Roatan.
800 to 1,600 square foot Condos for $320/square foot. This includes Solar/Backup Battery, Fully Furnished Home. We also have a design center to help choose some options.
Hotel will be run 50/50 on all pooled revenue to the hotel. The 50% from the owners will deduct Electricity aprox $100, Property Taxes $100, Management Fee $100, Water Truck $110, Maintenace $200,Housekeeping $200 and Misc. $200 Total $800 to $1,000 per month. Goal is to rent out 50% of the time at $199/night. Net Result is a positive cash flow of $500 to $1,000 per month and use of Condo for up to 6 months or if full time then will not be apart of revenue split.
Developer Victor Flores(Treasure Island Construction) has 25 years building properties on Roatan including Aqua Di Marie, Meridian, and at least 10 homes ranging from $500,000 to 1.5 million dollars. Other developer is Brad Flom(Myeres.com) Built 5 track homes and 2 custome homes. 25 years experience in Hotel Industry with 400 clients including web site, software, reputation management, and digital marketing.
